University of Wyoming, Athletic Maintenance Facility - In Design

The project will consists of a new 8,000 to 10,000 sf facility to house the Athletics Grounds Storage and Campus Recreations functions of east campus. New facility will be located between the south end of the existing indoor tennis practice facilities extending south into a portion of the existing outdoor tennis courts. The facility with have a maintenance bay with welding both, compressed air, wash bay with trench drains and sand-oil separator, a few offices, restrooms and a break room. Shop and storage areas will be heated and ventilated while the office and break room will have DX cooling.
