Regis Jesuit High School, Science Building

A 65,000 SF new building on the existing Regis Jesuit High School Campus. New building includes science labs, classrooms, a large Innovation lab including shop, 3D printing, and innovative manufacturing technologies. A new administration area is also included for admissions, alumni, and the main lobby hall will be used for event spaces and include several catering kitchens. Building mechanical systems include high efficiency hot water heating, high efficiency DX cooling, energy recovery, and lab exhaust systems. Solar photovoltaic array on the roof and future expansion into a parking lot cover provide a net-zero ready facility.
