This new-build 5,500SF restaurant space in Fort Collins is a staple of Old Town. The Ballard Group completed the entire HVAC design, including new chillers and controls. We also took the lead on the kitchen designing a new grease fan, dishwasher fan, and direct-fired makeup air unit.
