Tointon Academy is a new 135,000 SF pre-engineering K-8 school in built in Greeley. Building mechanical systems include high efficiency hot water heating system, high efficiency air-cooled chilled water system, indoor air handling units, and displacement ventilation in the classroom areas. Supplemental heating in the classrooms is provided by in-floor radiant heat.
