This 5-level new facility is the first Urban Community Recreation Center in Colorado. It includes a leisure pool, 8-lane lap pool, gymnasium, spin studio, exercise studio, weight and cardio room, rooftop event space, community gathering spaces, classrooms and outdoor amenities. The site creates a new venue for community gathering.
