The facility was designed to be used by a multitude of sports programs at the university, including a 70 yard synthetic turf field, a 70 meter, 4-lane synthetic sprint track, as well as netting for batting and golf cages. In addition to this the building includes a basketball court that can be striped and set up for use by the women’s volleyball team. Utilization and integration of the campus-wide steam system was used to provide the heating and cooling of the facility.

This project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
